After bringing together 332 people in December, Nuit de la glisse returns tonight for a unique cinematic experience with the screening of two films. The contemporary film "Free Birds," directed by Thierry Donard and Olivier Sautet, propels the audience into the present with young riders pushing their limits in extreme settings, from XXL surfing in Nazaré to speedriding in the Alps.
The first part of the Nuit de la glisse will feature a documentary which revisits the 2010s through the director's archives and the commitment of a generation of athletes, including Norwegian freerider Fred Syversen, who unintentionally set a world record during a film shoot.
Two complementary films that share a common quest: the search for the perfect moment. Discover them tonight at 6:00 PM at the Henri Oreiller Congress Center.
