STVI Open House
Val d'Isère Cable Cars opens its doors. The ski lift company is holding its open house. For this third edition, candidates can discover numerous job openings for the upcoming season, such as ski lift operator, mechanic, shuttle driver, sales assistant, or snow groomer. Participants will have the opportunity to meet the teams and chat with them for an immersive experience. It will also be possible to visit behind the scenes, including the snowmaking workshop and the Olympique cable car, by registration. The event will take place at the base of the Olympique cable car from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Country Championships
After a short break yesterday, the Flat Country Championships resume this morning with a Men's and Women's Giant Slalom on the OK and Orange slopes. Two more Slalom races will take place tomorrow and Sunday.
CCAS Pastry Workshop
Yesterday afternoon, 15 seniors from the CCAS (Community Social Action Center) enjoyed a delicious and flavorful experience thanks to a pastry and chocolate-making workshop with Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France) Patrick Chevallot. The group created a local pastry and chocolates, following the expert advice of Patrick Chevallot and his team.
Each participant enjoyed a slice of columbine and left with a small chocolate treat. The next activity offered to seniors will be a biathlon introduction on Tuesday.
Seniors' Meal
Last day to register for the seniors' meal. The annual CCAS seniors' meal will be held next Sunday at noon at the La Savoyarde restaurant. On the menu: Scallop vol-au-vent as a starter, followed by veal rump with morels served with dauphinoise potatoes and green vegetables, and for dessert, a chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. Seniors wishing to participate can register with the CCAS (local social services center) until today.

a.m. to 11:20 p.m.
- Yellow Shuttle (Le Coin – Le Manchet): first departure from Le Coin at 8:28 a.m. and last arrival at Le Manchet at 11:20 p.m. Shuttles run every 20 minutes.
- Purple Shuttle (Val d’Isère – Tignes): first departure from the new bus station at
8:05 a.m. and last at 6:20 p.m. Two request stops are planned on this route,
including La Reculaz and Le Villaret du Nial.
